Introduction

Every person is unique, therefore my approach to therapy is geared to the individuals needs of each client. I believe that hope for change is offered in a confidential and safe setting, something I work hard to provide. During sessions, my clients set goals which enable a deeper understanding of personal challenges and strengths.

I am passionate to walk with each client to assist in the development of the tools needed for change.

“Parenting can be one of the most rewarding jobs we can do, but it can also be one of the most challenging. Sometimes we just need another person to walk with us for a short time to help our child navigate something in their life”
